Asiallinen vuokrasopimus tuo turvallisuutta asumiseen sekä vuokralaiselle että vuokranantajalle. Alla ovat Ympäristöministeriön viimeisimmät viralliset vuokrasopimus mallit. Tiedostot ovat PDF muodossa, joten ne ovat helppo tulostaa taikka tallentaa koneelle. Valitettavasti lomakkeita ei voi vielä täyttää Adobe Acrobatilla, mutta ehkä sekin päivä vielä tulee. Erittäin hyödyllisiä nämä lomakkeet ovat etenkin tehdessä vuokrasopimusta yksityiseltä yksityiselle.
Kiinteistönvälitys toimistoilla, jotka tarjoavat vuokra-asuntoja on yleensä kattavat sopimus pohjat valmiina. Mutta toki niihinkin kannattaa tutustua tarkasti ja kysyä kiinteistönvälittäjältä mikäli jokin asia askarruttaa. He kyllä neuvovat mielellään ja heidän myös kuuluu tietää lain yksityiskohdat joihin lomakkeissa voi törmätä.
